A lot of people neglect breakfast. They toss it out of their morning routines in favour of more duvet time, an extended beauty regime or general last minute stress. You don’t need that in your life babes, make time for (in my opinion) the BEST meal of the day and you will feel simply awesome.
I can’t function without breakfast and dedicate a good chunk of time to creating a delicious, energising masterpiece that I can chill out with accompanied by my favourite vloggers latest YouTube upload. It’s a little me time that I revel in each morning before taking on the day (or the office in may case, #working9to5).
This rawnola (yes, raw-nola as in raw-granola) is a HUGE game changer. Like a ‘I want to eat a thousand bowls and rub it all over me’ kind of game changer. Yeah… I love breakfast A LOT. So are you ready to love it as much as I do, because this rawnola is like eating dessert – and all in just 3 ingredients!
Blend these ingredients together…
Dates (medjool are best because they are softer, sweeter & larger)
Oats (rolled/quick oats are fine as you’re going to blend and eat them raw)
Desiccated Coconut (optional. You could add nuts, seed, cacao nibs, chocolate chips or a nut butter here to create endless flavours)
Chuck everything in a high powered blender or food processor and whiz away until everything is combined. I haven’t included measurements as this is up to you. Include more dates if you want a sticky granola bar or ball and add more oats for a traditional cereal mix.
What’s your favourite breakfast? Have you tried Rawnola?

Ah, I can’t wait for you to try it. The only problem is that I cant stop eating it all day long. Every time I’m in the kitchen I grab a bit to nibble on. At least it’s super healthy 🙂 Enjoy it! x
